Matching is case-insensitive. Successful processing sends exactly one automated private Instagram reply with the link. After Meta confirms the DM send, we also post one public confirmation directly below your comment. No such confirmation is posted if the private send fails or its outcome is unclear. This function sends no follow-ups or further advertising messages.
We process the comment text, your Instagram username, identifiers of the comment, post and participating Instagram accounts, and the comment time. To send the reply, we transmit the comment identifier and pre-written message to Meta. To prevent duplicate messages, we retain a pseudonymised identifier, the processing or delivery status, the last processing time and, where available, the message identifier. For the public confirmation, we keep a separate pseudonymised reference, processing status and time, text-variant index and, where provided, the identifier of our reply. The retention period below applies to both ledgers. Comment text, usernames, raw comment identifiers and recipient identifiers are not stored in the delivery ledger. Pseudonymised information remains personal data. We perform no AI analysis, profiling or buyer matching.
Responding to your express request for course information is a pre-contractual step based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. The limited delivery ledger is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is reliable handling of your request and preventing duplicate messages. Your comment is not consent to further advertising.
We use Meta’s official Instagram API. For users in the European Economic Area, the platform provider is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. Information on Meta’s processing and possible transfers to third countries is available in Meta’s privacy policy. Our own function runs with Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, on a server in Nuremberg, Germany. ManyChat is not used for this own function.
Active delivery ledger records become due for deletion eight days after their last processing time and are removed in the next hourly deletion run, meaning no later than eight days and one hour during regular operation. Old comments are not answered again after deletion. For expressly agreed function tests, we document the test account, authorisation and necessary evidence. The test-account mapping is removed at final completion. During regular operation, personal test evidence is deleted within 30 days after documented completion or cancellation; only anonymised technical results remain afterwards. Following a longer interruption of operation, overdue erasure takes place when operation resumes.
The server is backed up daily. Hetzner maintains seven rotating backups and, when the slots are full, replaces the oldest with each new backup. Deleted data may therefore remain in backup copies until replacement. With uninterrupted daily rotation, existing backups are replaced within seven further backup runs; there is no fixed calendar deletion deadline if backup runs stop. For a restore, we block DM sending until reviewed approval. Expired delivery data is cleaned before reviewed reactivation. Erasure of our data does not remove Instagram comments or messages; Meta’s features and privacy rules also apply to those contents.
Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Details of the relevant post and comment may help us locate your request. You may also complain to a supervisory authority, including the Austrian Data Protection Authority.

The course link contains general campaign parameters, but no individual comment or user identifiers. When you open the course page, its privacy information and existing analytics consent settings apply.
If you comment the standalone word COACHING on an Instagram Reel that explicitly invites this request, you are requesting information about our individual one-on-one online coaching. You receive exactly one automated private message with the offer link and a question about your training goal. Once Meta confirms successful sending, we post one public acknowledgement below your comment. There are no automated follow-ups or messages triggered solely by a new follow.

Die pseudonymisierten Angaben bleiben personenbezogene Daten. Es erfolgen keine KI-Auswertung, Profilbildung oder Käuferzuordnung.

Einträge im aktiven Versandprotokoll werden acht Tage nach der letzten Bearbeitung zur Löschung fällig und im nächsten stündlichen Löschlauf entfernt, im regulären Betrieb somit spätestens nach acht Tagen und einer Stunde. Auch nach der Löschung werden veraltete Kommentare nicht erneut beantwortet. Bei ausdrücklich vereinbarten Funktionstests dokumentieren wir Testkonto, Freigabe und notwendige Testnachweise. Die Testkonto-Zuordnung wird bei endgültigem Abschluss entfernt. Personenbezogene Testnachweise werden nach dokumentiertem Abschluss oder Abbruch im regulären Betrieb spätestens innerhalb von 30 Tagen gelöscht; anschließend bleiben ausschließlich anonymisierte technische Ergebnisse erhalten. Bei längeren Betriebsunterbrechungen erfolgt eine fällige Löschung bei Wiederaufnahme.
Der Server wird täglich gesichert. Hetzner hält sieben rotierende Sicherungen vor und ersetzt bei belegten Sicherungsplätzen mit jeder neuen Sicherung die älteste. Gelöschte Daten können deshalb bis zur Ersetzung noch in Sicherungskopien enthalten sein. Bei fortlaufender täglicher Rotation werden bestehende Sicherungen innerhalb von sieben weiteren Sicherungsläufen ersetzt; bei ausgesetzten Sicherungsläufen besteht keine feste kalendarische Löschfrist. Bei einer Wiederherstellung sperren wir den DM-Versand bis zur geprüften Freigabe. Abgelaufene Versanddaten werden vor einer geprüften Wiederaktivierung bereinigt. Die Löschung unserer Daten entfernt keine Kommentare oder Nachrichten bei Instagram; hierfür gelten zusätzlich die Funktionen und Datenschutzregelungen von Meta.
Sie haben nach Maßgabe der DSGVO Rechte auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung und Datenübertragbarkeit sowie auf Widerspruch gegen Verarbeitungen auf Grundlage berechtigter Interessen.
